Recently I posted on a great offer where you could buy select rugs through Sears.com priced $50 or more and you would receive $50 back in points credited to your Shop Your Way account (limit 2).  Of course I have been eagerly awaiting the credit, as I'm sure you are if you did the deal.  On April 16, 2018 I still did not see my credit, so I contacted Sears a second time regarding the issue.

When I first contacted Sears through their chat feature, the gentlemen told me I would see the credit once the rug was delivered.  I purchased a qualifying rug on April 8th and it was delivered on the 12th. I waited for a few days after I received it and still I did not see any credit.  That's when I contacted Sears for the second time. The gentlemen was very nice, but told me that I needed to contact the Shop Your Way Rewards department.  He said he would stay on the chat with me until I resolved everything.  All in all it took about a half hour on the phone with the rewards department as the tech said he had to verify the promotion, get authorization, etc. but the guy on the chat did keep checking in with my progress.  He confidently stated that he was sure it will be resolved, which it was. The customer service in both departments was great and I am pleased to report my account now has the $50 in points.

I suggest if you have yet to see your credit from the rug promotion I posted on earlier this month, contact the Shop Your Way Rewards Department at: 1-800-991-8708 anytime between 8:00 am - 11:00 pm (CST) 7 days a week.  They will be able to issue your account with the proper credit.
